Horror Halloween -- Part 1: The Horror Halloween Setting

Ah, the Horror Halloween. That's what we call it back in the mountains of the Ozarks in middle America, somewhere in Middle Earth (did you read Tolkien's Hobbit?).

It was a dark night with no moon. And it was raining. Not cats and dogs, but little drops falling out of the sky. Little drops on a mission to confuse, to redirect you into the swamps and bogs.

That is the setting of the Horror Halloween. A true night of horror in the mountains. A Halloween night with nothing hallowed about it.
